Universal Factoring GmbH starts up successfully

Essen, March 7, 2007 Universal Factoring GmbH, a subsidiary of GFKL Financial Services AG from Essen, has commenced operations successfully. The company, which at present employs eleven personnel, offers a wide range of customized, flexible factoring solutions. The strong financial background of the GFKL Group makes the company a sound partner for trade, industry and the services sector.

Universal Factoring GmbH was admitted as the 22nd member of the German Factoring Association just a short time after its foundation; this association organizes the leading providers, who together cover approximately 95 percent of the market. The company sees its admission to the Association as a confirmation of its very good positioning in the market and the high standards established with its competent personnel and up-to-date infrastructure.

The two Managing Directors of Universal Factoring GmbH, Fedor Krüger and Thomas Maletz, each have many years of experience in the areas of factoring, receivables management and credit insurance.

Universal Factoring GmbH’s first client is a globally active electronic goods trading company from North Rhine-Westphalia.
