Tender Offer by GFKL Financial Service Aktiengesellschaft (»GFKL AG«) to the shareholders of ABIT Aktiengesellschaft (» ABIT AG«) for acquisition of all shares of ABIT AG.
This public tender offer by GFKL AG for the acquisition of all of the shares of ABIT AG is a voluntary public tender offer directed at all shareholders of ABIT AG. This tender offer will be implemented exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Shareholders of ABIT AG may therefore not rely on the application of any other foreign investor protection provisions.
