The Annual Sharholders´ Meeting will be held on May 21, 2008, 10.00 h, at the Grugahalle in Essen, 45131, Norbertstrasse 2, Germany.

The Executive and Supervisory Boards of GFKL Financial Services AG resolved to propose to the Annual Shareholders´ Meeting on May 21, 2008 that a dividend of Euro 0.10 per share be paid for fiscal year 2007. We want to give the starting signal for a sustained dividend policy.
