Proceed Securitization Services GmbH specialises in the evaluation and purchase of financing contracts for mobile commodities. Both the acquisition of existing contracts (consisting of leasing, hire purchase and loan contracts) and also of individual leasing contracts is realisable in this.
When acquiring individual leasing contracts, a framework agreement must initially be drawn up with the leasing company that is doing the selling. The acquisition of the contracts takes place subsequently on the basis of individual credit decisions.
The purchase of existing contracts is based on a comprehensive portfolio analysis and the conclusion of an individually negotiated purchase agreement.
