Domusvenda S.A.

Domusvenda is one of the pioneers on the Portuguese NPL market. The Lisbon and Porto-based company, founded in 1994, specialises in both real estate workout and the handling of unsecured defaulting credit receivables. The services provided by the approximately 140 employees range from the execution of due diligences and the determination of purchase prices via the organisation of takeover processes to the collection of defaulting credits. Moreover, Domusvenda also participates in NPL transactions as an investor.
